Create your DirectHome Kenya account

Use your real details so your account and later verification can be reviewed correctly.

  1. Open Create Account and enter your full name, email address and phone number.
  2. Choose a strong password and check that your contact details are correct.
  3. Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. Select Create Account, then sign in with your registered details.
  6. If you plan to list property or apply as an agent, continue to identity and age verification in your dashboard.

02Owners and landlords

List your own property

Prepare accurate information and clear photos before you start. Every property is reviewed before it can be published.

  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Complete identity, age and Property Lister verification when the dashboard asks for it.
  3. Open My Listings and choose Add Property.
  4. Enter the property type, purpose, location, description, features and accurate price.
  5. Upload clear, current photos that genuinely show the property.
  6. Place the private map pin on the exact property location. Public visitors see only an approximate area.
  7. Optionally confirm your presence with device GPS while at the property to qualify for a verified-location badge.
  8. Review all details and select Submit for Review. Publication follows moderation; it is not automatic.

Register as a property agent

The agent path is for people and businesses authorised to represent property owners in Kenya.

  1. Create a normal DirectHome Kenya account and sign in.
  2. Complete the required identity and age verification steps.
  3. Open Agent Application from your dashboard.
  4. Provide accurate legal, contact, location and professional or business details.
  5. Submit the application and wait for the verification decision.
  6. After approval and Property Lister eligibility, open Add Property for property you are authorised to represent.
  7. Add accurate details, price and photos, select the exact private map location, and optionally confirm on-site GPS.
  8. Select Submit for Review and wait for listing moderation before publication.

Why verification is required

Age confirmation protects marketplace activity

DirectHome Kenya requires people using listing and agent tools to be at least 18 years old. You confirm this when creating an account. Before you can list property or apply as an agent, the dashboard may require identity and age verification.

This helps keep professional and transaction-related activity accountable. Verification does not make a listing automatically approved; property details still go through moderation.
